This appeal originates in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Division "B", Parish of Jefferson, wherein the Honorable Frank V. Zaccaria granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment casting defendant, North River Insurance Company, liable for plaintiff's worker's compensation benefits.
