This is an appeal from the trial court's order revoking probation.

Appellant was indicted for the offense of felony driving while intoxicated on or about July 9, 1983. The indictment pleaded a prior misdemeanor conviction on July 27, 1981, in Cause No. 623751 in Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 3.
