GAF Corporation (GAF) manufactures and sells chemicals, photographic products, and building materials. It is a Delaware corporation and its principal place of business is located in New York County. In 1965, GAF became a publicly held company and its common and preferred stock are listed and traded on the New York Stock Exchange. This corporation had approximately 45,000 shareholders in 1983.
