Hill appeals from an order revoking his probation. On June 17, 1981, Hill was convicted on his plea of guilty, based on a plea bargain agreement, of possession of marihuana. Punishment was assessed by the trial court at three years' confinement and a fine of $750. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and Hill was placed on probation for two years.
