OPINION

BURDOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Teddy M. Foreman, appeals from the trial court's judgment in a suit in interpleader awarding the escrow funds in dispute to appellees, Dr. Gerald M. Graham and Donna Lee Graham.

We affirm.
