KELLEHER, Justice.

Mike's Diner was and is a source of salutary sustentation to those who find themselves in downtown Providence after dark. During the day the diner is parked on Rathbone Street in an area called Farmers' Market. Much of the diner's bill of fare is prepared in a nearby kitchen.
