Kerry R. Hubble and Wilderness Building Systems, Inc., plaintiffs, appeal from an adverse directed verdict1 on their claim for payment for materials and labor furnished to defendants Charles H. Chapman and Edythe S. Chapman in constructing a log cabin. The directed verdict was granted to defendants on the ground that neither plaintiff was a licensed contractor and their claim was thus barred by operation of U.C.A....
