Jerome Price (defendant) was charged by bill of information with simple burglary of the William Martin residence in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62. Defendant pled not guilty and, following trial by jury, was convicted as charged. He was sentenced to nine years in the custody of the Louisiana Department of Corrections.
