Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered after the parties submitted their controversy to the trial court, as provided by ORCP 66.1 The court determined that insurance coverage for plaintiff's injuries was not available to defendants Lee under an automobile liability policy issued by defendant Preferred Risk Mutual Insurance Company (Preferred Risk).
