Robbinson, 450 So.2d 277 (Fla. 1st DCA 1984), which expressly and directly conflicts with Cruising World, Inc. v. Westermeyer, 351 So.2d 371 (Fla. 2d DCA 1977), cert. denied, 361 So.2d 836 (Fla. 1978).
