YOUNG, Judge.

Defendants were separately indicted on multiple counts of arson, conspiracy to commit arson, attempted theft and conspiracy to commit theft.1 The trial court dismissed the indictments with prejudice on the ground that defendants were denied their constitutional right to a speedy trial. Or. Const., Art I, § 10; United States Constitution, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments.
