OPINION

TIJERINA, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation. TEX.PENAL CODE § 30.02(a)(1). The jury found appellant guilty as charged and also found the enhancement paragraphs alleging three prior felony convictions to be true. The punishment assessed was imprisonment for life.
