OPINION

EVANS, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from an order entered on a writ of habeas corpus in which the trial court reduced bail from $500,000 to $300,000. Appellant was indicted for delivery of at least 400 grams of a controlled substance, namely approximately 2,000 grams of cocaine. The possible punishment is confinement for life or for a term of not more than 99 years or less than 15 years, and a fine not to exceed $250,000. See Tex.Rev.Civ...
