PER CURIUM.

This matter having come before this Court after disciplinary proceedings initiated pursuant to NMSA 1978, Rules Governing Discipline, Rule 12 (Repl. 1985), wherein Attorney L.A. "Skeet" McCulloch was summarily suspended from the practice of law on June 12, 1985, for conduct involving dishonesty, misrepresentation and moral turpitude, the Court adopts the stipulated admission and consent to disbarment and accepts the Board's recommendation...
