Appellee Dutch Realty, Inc. (the broker) sued appellant Amerifirst Federal Savings and Loan Association (Amerifirst) for recovery of a real estate commission. Amerifirst filed a third party claim in indemnity against the buyer, appellee First Baptist Church of Boynton Beach (the Church).
