Granted. Relator's appeal is reinstated and the matter remanded to the Court of Appeal. There has been no compliance with Rule 2-8.6 Uniform Rules of the Court of Appeal. Furthermore, even as to the 12/11/84 show cause order in response to plaintiff-appellee's 11/29/84 "motion to dismiss appeal" relator was not afforded thirty days.
