BROOKSHIRE, Justice.

By indictment, the Appellant was charged with involuntary manslaughter by causing the death of Dee Ann Gray by reason of intoxication. The indictment alleged that Appellant, being intoxicated, intentionally and knowingly operated a motor vehicle which he drove into, and collided with, the person of Dee Ann Gray.
