This is an appeal from a conviction for driving while under a Financial Responsibility Act suspension in violation of R.C. 4509.76. We reverse.

Defendant-appellant Jeffrey A. Gasser's driver's license was suspended for six months pursuant to R.C. 4507.40(K) for accumulating twelve points on his driving record.
