("Crown") appeals from the District Court's orders allowing intervention and awarding attorney's fees in the action filed by the Secretary of the Department of Labor ("the Secretary") under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461. The Secretary filed suit against the trustees of four different but related pension plans and other 29 U.S.C. § 1002(14) "parties...
