This is an appeal from an action by the State of Texas to recover a bond forfeiture based upon an undertaking by appellant, Reynaldo M. Alfaro, d/b/a Alfaro Bonding Company (hereinafter Alfaro) and John M. Reed. Alfaro signed as surety for John M. Reed, principal, on December 17, 1981, on a bond in the amount of $800.00.
