This is an appeal from an interlocutory order in which the trial court entered a temporary injunction prohibiting Fred G. Gannon from prosecuting a lawsuit he filed against Robert B. Payne in Alberta, Canada. In our prior opinion, we held that the trial court abused its discretion, and we ordered that the temporary injunction be dissolved.
