This case is an action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2671 et seq. filed by plaintiff to recover damages from the United States for the wrongful death of her husband while at the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Park. This matter was tried by the court without a jury on November 29, 1984 and the parties were given until December 10, 1984 to file final memoranda in support of their positions...
