PER CURIAM:

A jury convicted appellant of one count each of conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation to commit murder. The facts in this case are not in dispute. On December 9, 1981, appellant met with Eric Svenson, who, unbeknownst to appellant, was an informant for the police. The meeting took place at appellant's residence in Nye County.
