SEXTON, Judge.

The defendant was charged by bill of information with theft of property with a value of more than $500 in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67. After a bench trial, defendant was found guilty as charged and sentenced to six years imprisonment at hard labor. Defendant appeals his conviction on the basis of three assignments of error. We affirm.
