The appellant was convicted of driving while intoxicated, second offense, and sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $500 plus costs, and his driver's license was suspended for one year. It is from that conviction that this appeal is brought. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup.Ct.R. 29(1)(a).
