Tom Wilson and Jeanette Eberhardt were charged by information with the unlawful sale of anadromous fish caught within the Hoopa Valley Indian Reservation.1 Both defendants were charged under 16 U.S.C. § 3372(a)(1), the Lacey Act, which makes it unlawful for any person to sell any fish taken in violation of any regulation of the United States.
