This action was filed on March 18, 1983 against Air Systems and its officers for trademark infringement and unfair competition. In February of 1985 the complaint was amended to include as defendants two Canadian corporations, Chicago Blower Canada and CML Northern Blower, and three Canadian citizens, Gordon Christie, Frederick Lindenschmidt and Stewart Martin.
