Plaintiff Pan Alaska Trucking, Inc. (Pan Alaska) instituted this suit in September 1983 against defendants International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 959 and Alaska Teamster-Employer Service Corp. (Teamsters), SeaLand Services, Inc. and SeaLand Freight Services, Inc. (SeaLand), and forty individual truck owners. Pan Alaska includes, among other claims, allegations that the defendants violated antitrust laws...
