The appellant, Thomas Coppock, was convicted by a jury of attempted burglary and burglary, class B felonies, Ind. Code §§ 35-41-5-1 and 35-43-2-1 (Burns 1985 Repl.), and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of ten years. The jury found him to be a habitual offender, Ind.
