ROONEY, Justice.

Appellant was convicted by a jury of second-degree murder in violation of § 6-2-104, W.S. 1977 (June 1983 Replacement).1 He appeals from that conviction, stating the issues on appeal as follows:

"1. Whether the trial court erred in failing to give Appellant's proposed Instruction No. D. "2. Whether the prosecutor's comments in closing argument regarding flight as evidence of guilt were improper...
