Rasdon appeals from a decision of the Jefferson Circuit Court affirming the revocation of his 12-month conditionally discharged jail sentence by the Jefferson District Court. He presents several allegations of error, most of which are troublesome but which, standing alone, do not constitute reversible error. One allegation, however, is that the court erroneously revoked his conditional discharge for a reason other than one contained in the notice...
