This is a civil action seeking damages for alleged violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. Plaintiff filed this case on July 16, 1982. Both parties conducted extensive discovery. A waiver of jury trial was received from both parties and the court ordered, on July 27, 1984, the case tried as a bench trial.
