This is an appeal from a conviction for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Appellant's sole claim on appeal is that the district court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence of the marijuana found in his vehicle when it was stopped and searched by a Border Patrol Agent.
