This matter is before the Court on plaintiff's motion to amend the judgment to add pre-judgment interest. No oral argument is required on this motion.

Plaintiff, Paul William Harms ("Harms") brought this suit against Maersk Dutch Sweeden, Ltd. Steamship Company and the M/V Niels Maersk ("Maersk") seeking damages for personal injuries sustained while disembarking from the defendant vessel. Federal court jurisdiction
