Teamsters Local Union No. 688 (the Union) requests review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) dismissing an unfair labor complaint filed against the Crown Cork and Seal Company (the Company). For reversal the Union argues that (1) the NLRB incorrectly found that the Company's settlement offer had lapsed when the Union attempted to accept the offer and (2) the decision of the NLRB is not supported by substantial evidence...
