Shen Manufacturing Company has for many years imported and sold a high quality kitchen towel known as the Ritz Flemish Wonder towel. In 1984, Standard Terry Mills began to manufacture and sell a virtually identical towel. Shen demanded that Standard Terry take its towel off the market.
