In this landlord-and-tenant proceeding, the tenant appeals from an order awarding the landlord possession of the leased premises. The trial court found that the tenant had breached four separate provisions of the lease. The tenant argues that these findings are unsupported by the evidence and are also based on an erroneous construction of the lease. Moreover, the tenant maintains that even if the court's findings were correct, they do not justify...
