OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

Bobbie R. Beavers was convicted in the District Court of Canadian County of one count of Taking Indecent or Lewd Acts with a Child Under Fourteen. He received a sentence of four years' imprisonment with all but ninety days suspended.
