Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Sup. Ct.R. 29(1)(c) as we are being asked to construe the Teacher Fair Dismissal Act of 1979, Ark.Stat.Ann. §§ 80-1264 — 80-1264.10 (Repl.1980).
