No. 84-2352.

469 So.2d 939 (1985)

The FIRST STATE BANK OF LANTANA, Appellant, v. Leroy M. GOLDSTEIN and Bellatrix, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

May 29, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Elizabeth T. Maass of Alley, Maass, Rogers, Lindsay & Chauncey, Palm Beach, for appellant.

No appearance on behalf of appellees.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant has failed to demonstrate that the trial court abused its discretion by dissolving a writ of garnishment when appellant failed to appear for a docket call prior to trial. The court's inherent power to manage its case load provides ample justification for the action taken.

AFFIRMED.
