Walters, Jr., the prevailing party in this employment discrimination action,1 has moved for an award of attorney's fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1988, 2000e-5(k) and has submitted an itemized request in accordance with L.R. 270-1(4), N.D.Ga.
