In this appeal from a trial court finding of paternity, appellant challenges the court's admission into evidence of the results of a Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) test. He claims that the government did not lay a proper foundation for this evidence and that the trial court should have required the technician who conducted the test (under supervision of the expert who testified) to qualify as an expert herself and to testify regarding the procedures...
