The appellant, Jonnie Lee Bridges, was indicted for conspiracy to commit second degree murder in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:26 and malfeasance in office in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:134. Appellant entered a plea of guilty to the conspiracy charge and the malfeasance charge was dismissed. The trial judge sentenced appellant to ten years at hard labor. Appellant contends the trial judge failed to comply with the LSA-C.Cr.P. art. 894.1 guidelines...
