OPINION

DUGGAN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated rape, and the court assessed his punishment at 60 years confinement. In four grounds of error, appellant contends on appeal that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury, that the indictment was fundamentally defective, and that the evidence was insufficient to support findings either that appellant was a party to the offense or that the offense was aggravated.
