James A. McClendon has appealed the default judgment taken against him by Farmers Texas County Mutual Insurance Company. McClendon, the plaintiff and counter defendant, has sued Farmers for refusing to pay him under an insurance policy which he alleged covered the loss of his automobile due to theft. He also alleged practices by Farmers that were in violation of TEX.INS.CODE ANN. art. 21. 21 (Vernon 1981), and TEX.BUS. & COM...
