OPINION
HOPKINS, Justice.
This is an appeal by defendant, Cornerstone Alternatives, Inc., from an order of the trial court declining to vacate a default judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff, Patterson Oldsmobile-GMC-Toyota, Inc.
