LINDSAY, Judge.

Defendant, Curtis W. Dean, appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of plaintiffs, the numerous collateral heirs of Louzallie Littleton or their representatives,1 invalidating the decedent's nuncupative testament by public act and ordering the return by defendant of a special legacy of property to the decedent's estate. We reverse the judgment of the trial court for the following reasons.
