Defendant, Ricky Lane Breaux, was charged with the crime of simple burglary, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62. On September 28, 1983, a six-member jury found the defendant guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced defendant to ten years at hard labor. Defendant has appealed this conviction, asserting one assignment of error.
