PER CURIAM.

These are consolidated appeals from orders adjudging the appellant in civil contempt of the District Court and fining him $10,000 for each day he fails to comply with two orders of that Court. Because we are not satisfied that the procedures followed in the District Court accorded appropriate recognition to the appellant's assertion of his Fifth Amendment privilege against compulsory self-incrimination, we vacate the contempt orders and remand the cases...
