Defendant (Appellant) appeals the sentences that he received after pleading guilty to charges of Rape, a class A felony, Ind. Code § 35-42-4-1 (Burns Code Ed. 1984 Supp.) and Criminal Confinement, a class B felony, Ind. Code § 35-42-3-3 (Burns Code Ed. 1984 Supp.).
